The range of cultural and leisure attractions at The Brandery spread out from Montjuïc to occupy various spots around the city.
Irving Penn, Erwin Blumenfeld, Edward Steichen and Horst P. are just a few of the illustrators and photographers responsible for the covers of Vogue magazine in the 20th century.

Finally, at the instigation of The Brandery and Vogue Spain, and after visiting Paris and Shanghai, the Paseo de Gracia was the showcase in Barcelona for the 50 large-format magazine covers making up this unique exhibition. The cocktail party for the launch brought together top names from the fashion scene in the Hotel Majestic, including designer Lydia Delgado and the director of Vogue Spain, Yolanda Sacristán, who opened the exhibition.
The Marqués de Foronda plaza next to the fountains of Montjuïc was the spectacular scenario for what has now become one of the most hotly-anticipated events of the show: The Brandery’s Welcome Party brought together more than 1,200 people from the fashion world, including stylists, photographers, journalists and entrepreneurs, who enjoyed an open-air dinner and a live performance by Mendetz.
Organized by the Barcelona Comerç Foundation, the inspiration was The Brandery’s “Love Revolution” slogan. Various stores on the Ramblas took part, presenting their products on a night that exuded fashion and glamour.
Moda Badalona presented the second edition of the Joaquim Mercader design award for young creators. On this occasion, the three winners of the first prize will benefit from the exposure of a stand at the next edition of The Brandery (January 2011) as well as a training course in China. Organized by: Badalona City Council, the European Association of Textile Clusters, and the Barcelona Association of Clothing Manufacturers.
After a two-year absence from the catwalks, model Esther Cañadas dazzled at the Custo Barcelona fashion show, which presented some of the key looks from the Autumn/Winter 2010/11 collection at the Mellow Beach Club by Custo (Hotel W Barcelona). An after-show party with more than 2,000 guests put the finishing touch to a night full of stars.
